I am writing this Blog to all of you in my happiness and great gratitude. About 10 Years back, I Started my Flying Lessons and within a very small time, I decided to be a good Pilot Instructor. I believe I am supposed to be the change in our Civil Aviation Training. With lots of Smart Work, Commitment, Dedication and So much of Luck, today I achieved my Dreams Finally.
1. Please have very Big Dreams / Aspirations in your lives.
When every Dream and desires are accomplishable, then why self-limit yourself for small things? Aim and ask for the stars and believe me, you get whatever u ask for, whatever...
All you need is genuine desire to succeed and honest hard work and faith in ur Dream and lastly Gods' blessings. Remember you have to be very Crazy and Unique in your own way, let you be left alone at times, let people joke or laugh about you. One day you will have the whole world at your feet, of course you won’t know what to do about that or feel humbled. They say “With Great Power, comes great responsibility”. You got to be ready for that every single day.
2. Read Good eBooks, our biggest treasure has to be our knowledge.
eBooks are a very important tool to learn and upgrade urself wherever and whenever. Make best friends with good books and carry a book always especially when you travel. I am sharing a list of my favorite eBooks, you can make ur own list.

It’s an endless list, please add to this and carry forward. Have a personal library at home and encourage other family members/friends to read more and more. You will appreciate the benefits much later. You will be 100 times wiser, smarter and knowledgeable than anyone of your age. Nowadays electronic books and audio books are also very popular. Try it if you dont like the conventional style of book reading but try you must.
Remember you are the future and the present is all yours. Tear apart all your fears and insecurities, think big grow big. Become immortals and in the process, behave as torches enlightening many others and their path to success and glory. Please repay the debt your parents, your relatives,ur friends, your society and your nation has on u by becoming big and successful and achieving what you are destined for.
3. Forgive and forget
It’s a very difficult virtue to attain but very important for ones continuous growth and success. None of us are perfect and error is permissible. You continuously burn yourself if you can’t/don’t forgive the wrong guys wasting ur precious time and attention. Dont piggy back and carry those unwanted people/memories who dont deserve even a split second of your precious time and attention. Invest your time in making new relations/friends in the spare time by forgiving/forgetting all old unpleasant friends/situations.
4. Failure is very important for the making of a man.
Take the failures in ur lives as a speed breaker which although nobody likes, but very imp.fr ur own safe and complete build up. You can understand the value of your failure, when you become successful in the next attempts and appreciate all you could learn till you become successful in your endeavor. You will definitely find yourself as a much mature, better knowledgeable and stronger person. So always be ready for flunking once or twice in your struggles to the top, of course beware not to make it a habit. Every Adversity is an Opportunity in life, r u ready to take it? A nice book named “When the GOING gets TOUGH, The TOUGH gets GOING” gives this same nice message. So are you TOUGH?
5. Be Strong, be a man, one who prepares offensively and executes gently and humbly.
This had been my formula for clearing my papers/orals with good scores and remarks. Always target for 95-100 for any exam and prepare accordingly. Problem is that mostly cadets are targeting 70 and then they flunk because they are planning so defensively and weakly. In a beautiful inspirational video, it talks about MEETING UR MUST ie. Whatever u want/need, just make it ur must. “Should” is a weak and vague word and try implies a probability of failure. So for fool proof preparation and execution...you must say...I must have -----and I will have -----. Trust me it works. Writing your goals and targets on a calendar/diary/desktop is also very helpful and it’s working well for me. You need to see what works well for you, but do find it and execute it. Learn to take control, take charge of your life. Stop living in an autopilot mode always.
In the end, Success is relative term. It’s a journey which never stops till death. It maybe the love and trust of someone special (my cadets in my case) or mere achievement of some measurable materialistic things.
